I'm Not a Veterinary Technician/Nurse. Can I purchase content or a subscription?

Of course!  Anyone can learn from our veterinary technicians and veterinary nurses instructors! This includes client service representatives, veterinarians, veterinary assistants or anyone! 

What content is RACE approved for veterinary technicians/nurses and doctors?

Not all education on VTT is RACE approved. It's important for you to read the description and look at the title of the education. All RACE CE content is clearly marked with the RACE #, hours it's been approved for and who it's been approved for (vets/techs or just techs). 

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not offer any refunds on pay-per-course education. This is where you pay for one course at a time. There are no refunds for these purchases.

We offer a refund for the All Access subscription purchase. You must request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours after you sign up. You must email VTT directly at: VetTeamTraining@Gmail.com to request a refund. It may take 2-3 weeks to process the refund.  Refund requests after 48 hours of purchase of a subscription will not be honored.

Please be aware when requesting a refund you will lose access to all certificates, content and data from the VTT site immediately. 

I purchased an individual course and now would like a year subscription. Do I get a discount?

We love that you love our content and want more!  Purchasing an individual course will NOT provide a discount on the All Access subscription. This means if you paid $30 for a  course and later decided to purchase a yearly subscription it will cost you the full price of that subscription.  There is no way to offer a discount at this time.

Can I try out the website before I buy?

We have some content that is free and some that requires a subscription. 

Our subscription and course prices are lower than most other CE websites. It's expensive to pay for a website, RACE accreditation and speakers to provide content. For this reason we believe our nominal prices speak for themselves. Check out the free content available and if you like it, then buy! We believe we're worth more than the price you'll pay. 

I want to contribute content to Vet Tech Training. How can I do that?

YAHOO! We love that you have a passion for educating veterinary professionals.

1) You must be a credentialed veterinary technician/nurse in your country in order to provide content. 

2) You must have prior experience lecturing and/or publishing.

I own a hospital and would like to purchase a group plan.

Do you have a group plan?
Is a discount available?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer group discounts. We're just starting out and some of the features cost a lot more money. As such, we don't have those fancy features, but we hope to in the future. There is no way for us to register individuals in bulk.

We do not offer a discount for groups at this time. Our prices are so low we are just trying to keep the business operating and can't offer much less than what we are now. We hope you understand.

How can I can delete my profile?

You have full control of your data, privacy and subscription in your profile settings.  

Log in > My Account > Profile

To delete all your data (including all certificates, course progress, etc) click on Privacy Settings > Advanced Settings

If you decide to delete your account all data will be lost. VTT cannot help you retrieve it.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You have full control of your account purchases.

Log in > My Account > Account

There you will find your when your subscription renews and the "Cancel Subscription" button on the right hand side.

Scroll down and you can edit your payment.
