Holly Mullen, LVT, M.A.

Holly Mullen is an Organizational Psychologist, Licensed Veterinary Technician, and consultant specializing in veterinary workplace dynamics. With over 10 years of experience as a relief LVT across more than 40 clinics and start-ups, she brings a rare, ground-level understanding of how veterinary teams function under pressure.

Holly earned her MA in Organizational Psychology in October 2023, equipping her with cutting-edge insights into motivation, communication, and organizational design. She has developed a reputation for creating tailored, data-informed solutions that strengthen culture and workflow.
