Samantha J Clutterbuck CertIV VN Dip.VN (Zoological and exotic sp.)

Sam is a qualified veterinary nurse from Australia with over 21 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in general practice, emergency and ICU, exotics-only clinics, wildlife hospitals and zoo hospitals. She has her certificate IV in veterinary nursing and a diploma in veterinary nursing of zoological and exotic species.

Her passions are zoo anaesthesia and mentoring other nurses, which has led her to create Exotic Veterinary Nurse Training and by 2027, will have three books published, ‘Veterinary Nursing of the Wild, Exotic and Unusual’, and the Wiley textbooks ‘Clinical Veterinary Nursing of Exotic and Wildlife Species’ and ‘Veterinary Nursing of Zoo Animals’.
