Meet the Instructor
Tami Lind, BS, RVT, VTS (ECC)
I am the current ICU and ER supervisor at Purdue University
Veterinary Teaching Hospital. I went to veterinary technology school at Purdue
and graduated in 2010 with my Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. I
started as a veterinary technician in the ICU and I have been the supervisor at
Purdue since 2012.
I received my VTS in ECC in October of 2016. I also received the Veterinary Technology Outstanding Teaching award in 2016. I enjoy teaching new veterinary technicians and veterinary students and try and prepare them for their career ahead. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my German Shorthaired Pointers Bonnie and Sissy, Mixed up mutt Franky, Feline Binx, my Chickens and Ducks, and my two legged husband Drew.
Tami is active in the veterinary profession and has authored several articles for veterinary publications. You can find her lecturing at conferences, including IVECCS and VMX.
