RACE APPROVED FOR VET TECHS & VETS (1.0 CE HOURS)

Finding Calm in the Clinic: Evidence-Based Stress Management Techniques

(RACE 1.0 CEU)

Veterinary medicine is as demanding as it is meaningful and nowhere is that pressure felt more acutely than working in anesthesia and emergency. The constant need for focus, precision, and emotional resilience can leave even the most seasoned professionals feeling stretched thin.  Participants will identify indicators of acute and chronic stress, and practice techniques including breathwork, emotional freedom tapping, and yoga nidra—tools that can be used on the spot to regulate stress, boost focus, and build resilience.
