Meet the Instructor

Sue Loly, BS, VTS-EVN, LVT

Sue is an Equine Nursing Veterinary Technician Specialist who worked in clinical practice for over 20 years, spending time in small animal, mixed practice and academia.

She has co-edited two textbooks about Large Animal Medicine for the Veterinary Technician with Wiley Blackwell Publishing and speaks regularly about large animal medicine.

She has held numerous industry board positions and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Academy of Equine Veterinary Nursing Technicians. When she’s not working she enjoys riding horses, hiking and kayaking.
