RACE APPROVED FOR VET TECHS & VETS (1.0 CE HOURS)
180 Biases: Test Assumptions to Your Brains Shortcuts
(RACE 1.0 CEU)
Biases, whether understood or not, whether conscious of the bias or not, can wreak havoc on your day. Attendees will define biases, uncover concepts in testing assumptions, and dive deeper into a few examples impacting veterinary teams. You have biases (there is no way around it). Accept this as a normal function of your brain, but do not allow your biases to make your final decisions.
